ND5102 Return Material Authorization ( RMA ) Process
This curriculum is an e-learning course followed by a course survey. The e-learning course has two Return Material Authorization Process courses:
- NAR/CALA region
- EMEA/APAC regions
Upon enrolling, you should watch the video for RMA Process based on your region. You will receive a certificate of completion upon finishing the video of your region, along with course survey.
Note: Completion of all videos is not a requirement for completion of this curriculum.
Overview
The purpose of this course is to make the Returns Process as efficient and painless as possible. The course will demonstrate how to successfully complete the Return process for defective and non-defective Indoor Cellular Networks products in warranty and non-warranty items.
